The sport and educational center is a building consisting of several interlocking lumps. The solid form a harmonious whole, which is inscribed in the area.

The building has been devided into three „buildings”.
Building „A”: western sports hall (2 tennis courts) with stands on the entresol
Building „B”: eastern sports hall (2 tennis courts) with a two-story link between the halls
Building „C”: rehabilitation - hotel and service part from the south, including squash hall, swimming pool, hotel rooms, terraces.

Maximum height of the building: 11,98 m2
