The project is situated on Stańczyka Street in Krakow. Each block will include a complex of three segments built over a shared underground garage. Access to the planned buildings is from Stańczyka Street (north-west) via an internal road which is an integral part of the development and will include over-ground parking spaces to the east, as well as the entrances to underground garages.
The segments will be as follows: to the north, segments A – medium-high (7 storeys), to the south: segments C (6 storeys), and to the east: segments B – low (4 storeys). Moreover, a pram storage area has been planned for residents on the ground floor. All apartments feature balconies, or gardens if on the ground floor. The three independent wings forming each building will have separate entrances and staircases, and will be equipped with noiseless elevators to all storeys, including the underground level.
