The building is one of the five planned residential and service buildings located at ul. Siewna in Krakow.

On 8 overground storeys there are 77 apartments with an area from 30 to 106 m2 and in the underground garage 40 parking spaces and technical rooms.

The architecture of the building is a proposal of contemporary design solutions and the whole was designed as a continuation of existing housing complexes with similar dimensions. The color and finish of the façade refers to the surrounding buildings. Around the building there are recreation spaces for residents.
