APARTMENTS AT PIOTRA BOROWEGO STREET

Construction time: 

A multi-family residential building with a utility area, an underground multi-space garage and external infrastructure elements is located at Piotra Borowego street in Krakow. There is a garage with 24 parking spaces and a complex of storage units in the underground part. The above-ground part of the building consists of 16 apartments (including apartments with a mezzanine) with an area between 38 m2 and 142 m2. The building is characterized by a modern façade, in which aluminum elements are integrated. The roof is designed as a gable roof covered with concrete tiles with numerous roof windows. The building will be equipped with modern technologies of heat and electricity recovery as well as two noiseless lifts. A recreation area of about 1,200 m2 will be organized on the site
belonging to the investment.
