The Hotel was awarded four stars in the standardisation procedure. The building features four
over-ground storeys with 148 hotel rooms, including suites of 62 m2, and rooms with disabled
access. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, conference rooms, business club, and full
kitchen facilities. The basement houses a spa with sauna and fitness centre. On the fourth
floor of one of the segments there is a night club with an open terrace. Next to the hotel there
is a car park for 80 cars, as well as a free-standing restaurant building with a granite terrace.
Between the car park and the retaining wall there is a green area with a stage for open-air
events. The building is equipped with six elevators, and is fully wired, ventilated, and air
conditioned throughout, with high-quality sanitary facilities and state-of-the-art low-voltage
installations, such as:
